Terms
Commissions
will only be accepted on receipt of a £50 non-refundable deposit.
The balance is due upon acceptance of a digital copy or paper copy
of the completed portrait sent by e mail or post and before the
item is posted; or on collection of the completed portrait.
A true likeness of the subject is guaranteed. Should any adjustments
be required I will do my best to carry these out to your satisfaction.
Gift
vouchers must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
Personal checks will be cleared before item is despatched. (UK only).
Fees are as
per current published price list.
For non-standard commissions, Bev Lewis will supply you with a quote
which will be for that particular commission only and will be valid
for a period of 3 months from date of quote.
An
anticipated date of completion will be confirmed at the time of
commissioning a portrait, usually between 6 to 8 weeks on receipt
of order. Whilst every effort will be made to meet this, it should
not be regarded as an absolute guarantee.
Your order for prints or cards will be dispatched as soon as possible,
usually within 48 hours. However, please leave up to 28 days for
delivery.
Gift vouchers will be posted within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Postage
for Portrait commissions will be Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within
the UK and the equivalent for Europe and USA. Postage is uninsured.
Please contact me at the time you accept your portrait if you wish
to insure your parcel. If you live locally you may collect your
portrait personally.
Postage for
prints and cards will be by Royal Mail 2nd class for UK orders and
Royal Mail Small package for Europe and USA. Postage is uninsured,
if you wish to insure your parcel please contact me when you place
your order. There will be an extra charge for this. Please
note I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the
post.
Every care has
been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements and prices
are correct. Measurements given are approximate. While every effort
is made to ensure accuracy of colour reproduction within web limitations,
product colours may vary slightly from those shown on the screen.
Privacy
- Any details supplied by you will be used only to process your
order and give you the best possible service. They will not be passed
on to any 3rd party.
